All vehicles are equipped with a digital key system. Please pair your phone to the car and enter the code provided in your confirmation email.
If you need help with setting up the digital key ask a store associate or give us a call.
What do I do if I lose reception?
The car key provided with the vehicle will still function. If your unable to get online to retrieve the unlock code for the car, contact support.
Digital Keys enable us to provide 24/7 service. Pickup and Dropoff at your convenience.
Please contact support if you need to cancel your reservation. Cancellations after the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equal to that of the daily rate for the vehicle.
